In this case we are talking about symptomatic speech disorders of persons with physical, mental, sensory, or other multiple disabilities. Aim of the course is to introduce special education students (and others fields) with the issue of typology of disruption of communication skills in the group of persons of different ages and with different disabilities, their characteristics and specifics of speech therapy, and both theoretical and especially practical sense. Improving the quality of education of students can help create study material through which they were thoroughly familiar with the latest diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, tools and contemporary Czech and foreign (particularly German) specifics of speech therapy in the development of communication skills of individuals with symptomatic speech disorders.
