The proposed Knowledge alliance jointly accepts the need of new ways of teaching and learning as well as a strong cooperation between higher education and business to enhance sustainable socio-economic development in general and new forms of sustainable driven enterprises in particular.
The consortium aims at changing the EU landscape of higher education towards a stronger accentuation on inter-and transdisciplinarity and sustainable entrepreneurial education through a new European Joint Master Programme of sustainability Driven Entrepreneurship, Policies and Innovation.
The knowledge alliance will use the expertise of all partners for the development of new ways of teaching, learning and university outreach in order to focus on innovative methods of university-business co-operations and generate an innovative approach to sustainable entrepreneurial education. This will be implemented by the development of the Joint Master Programme, which will be tested and improved at the universities of the KA via regional pilots. Already existing courses of the partners and their inherent methodologies shall act as starting point for the particular pilots.
