The project is focused on actual theme of education of children from social and cultural handicaped groups of population. The milieu with all it´s adjectives is a significant element which influence individual development; it´s incidence projects into all areas of human life, naturally it also strongly effects childhood and adolescence of an individual. We would like to fullfill the aim of the project, which concentrate on influence of milieu on development of talent or extraordinary abilities of child, by means of qualitative research strategy.
