Criminal Justice Access to Digital Evidences in the Cloud - LIVE_FORensics (LIVE_FOR)

The project LIVE_FOR is focusing on activities, such as data collection, surveys, research, and compliant communication between the authorities appointed under EU legislation, other legal professions and relevant civil society actors for provision of information that will highlight the current situation regarding the adoption and the use of EOI within Member States in cases that involve cyber offences and crime. The collected information and the provided analysis within the project will be used for identification of the real needs and organization of educational events and activities that will enable knowledge upgrading of the juridical authorities through mutual learning events, exchange of best practices, joint meetings and workshops covering legal and technical issues of interest in the area of EOI implementation and related cybercrime investigations. The project is addressing special attention to the building of awareness and dissemination with focus on the implementation of the Directive 41, the EOI mechanism in cases dealing with cybercrime.
