The aim of the research evaluation project is to comprehensively analyse the quality of undergraduate teacher training in the innovative pedagogical-psychological module at the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University in the first year of its validity and, based on the data obtained, to continuously improve the programme towards the defined graduate profile. It is a process and formative evaluation, the aim of which is to assess how the programme is gradually implemented. This will allow us to gradually identify the strengths and weaknesses of the programme and to understand how the programme works and to improve the education process. The project will involve PhD students who will develop their methodological and evaluative competences in relation to subjects close to their dissertation topics.
