Sports performance is determined by a number of factors, including the ability of an individual to resist mental stress in stressful situations. This psychological factor can affect attention deficits and the ability of an individual to react, which can significantly affect sports performance. The impact of stresses on these variables is not yet sufficiently explained in detail. The aim of the project is to determine the impact of stress situations on attention deficits and reactivity in selected groups of athletes. The methodology of the project will use a standardized Viennese determination test to determine the ability to resist stressful situations in different groups of athletes (sports shooting, judo, self-defense, non-sports control group).
