In an effort to constantly increase sports performance, most of the specialized works are focusing on the training process itself, despite the fact that most of the movement-induced changes occur when the physical activity is over. Athletes still do not understand the importance of targeted regeneration in supporting load-induced adaptations sufficiently. The aim of the study will be to assess the impact of selected regeneration processes on performance and selected biological recovery indicators.
