Studium procesu nukleace dvourozměrných uhlíkových nanostruktur v mikrovlnném plazmatu

Projekt bude zaměřen na studium procesu nukleace grafénových nanostruktur během rozkladu ethanolu v mikrovlnném pochodňovém výboji a mikrovlnném výboji s povrchovou vlnou za atmosférického tlaku. Vzájemné propojení mezi parametry plazmatu (hustoty výkonu, koncentrace elektronů, iontů, atomovů a molekul prekurzoru a reaktivních plynnů) a vlastnostmi nanostruktur umožní identifikovat klíčové kroky procesu nukleace grafénu. Diagnostika plazmatu optickou emisní spektroskopií, hmotnostní spektroskopií, Šlírovou fotografií a interferometrií plazmatu poskytne vstupní údaje pro ověření existujících modelů procesu nukleace a umožní nám tyto modely zpřesnit. Mimo procesu nukleace v plynné fázi bude studována také interakce depozičního plazmatu s povrchem substrátů za účelem růstu grafénových vrstev na dielektrických subtrátech.
