The aim of this project is to complete, upgrade and increase the laboratory capacities of the large RECETOX RI in order to maintain the cutting-edge quality of environmental research and to establish its position in new interdisciplinary area of ​​research which links environmental pollution and human health. RECETOX RI UP, requested here in the Research Infrastructure II call, focuses mainly on increasing and upgrading the laboratory capacities. With its help, accredited trace laboratoris can be expanded and modernized, and a new system for sample and data management can be implemented. It also upgrades the specialized photochemical, toxicological and protein engineering laboratories. The project will contribute to the expansion of the storage capacity of the new specimen biobank by another technological module, which will widen the range of available services of RI RECETOX, e.g. multi-residue alalysis of toxic mixtures, biomarkers analysis, new toxicology models, new molecules applicable in biomedical research and bioinformatics tools. Thanks to the project the quality of provided services will be improved and RI RECETOX will increase its uniqueness and attractivity for its users.

Results

"20611: Počet uživatelů využívajících modernizovanou výzkumnou - Pro sledování indikátoru byla vybrána pouze skupina uživatelů (typ I), kteří v infrastruktuře pobývají fyzicky, metrikou jsou člověkoměsíce (čm). Zatímco v prvním roce realizace projektu očekáváme jejich objem ve stejné výši jako v předchozích 3 letech, v každém dalším roce předpokládáme navýšení o 4 čm. Celková kumulativní hodnota tohoto indikátoru za tři roky
realizace projektu bude 144 čm. Publikace nejsou v tomto projektu sledovány."
