The initiative is a bilateral cooperation between the CEITEC MU, Brno and NIBIO, As,
Norway.The bilateral cooperation will be concretized as a publication of a research article
with both partners as co-corresponding authors. This shared result will
strengthen the collaboration between the two labs, that started through an earlier
student exchange from the Czech lab to NIBIO, which intends to be continued
through a joint KAPPA proposal that was applied for earlier this year. Both
parties will benefit from each other with the transfer of expertise and access to
state-of-the-art equipment at CEITEC MU. The lab visit of A. Vivian-Smith o CEITEC Brno is essential to perform key experiments, not yet feasible at NIBIO,
Norway.
