Performance Measurement and Management in Health Care Systems: Comparative analysis of the Czech Republic, Ghana and Germany

This research is to contribute to the growth of processes of performance measure and management in the public sector. The aim of this study is to identify strategies on how to develop more vigorous performance measurement and management, processes and systems for better accountability and transparency in performance measurement and management in the health sector. These comprises the consideration of measures of processes, activities, delivery, outputs, outcomes or new initiatives in performance measurement. Analyze policies, programs, problems and issues critically, and make relevant recommendations to promote activities for rapid, sustainable development and integration of the health sector into other sectors of the economy.
