Benefiting from convergent culture: development of survey measurement

The aim of the project is to develop a survey measurement which will allow to analytically distinguish among people with developed digital skills who are able to benefit from convergent culture on their own, those who due to the lack of such skills cannot participate and those who rely on their social capital to take advantage of digital technologies. I will focus on the distinction of help-seekers (latter category) with special regard because they remain neglected in recent studies.
