This project will be focused on focal pharmacoresistant epilepsy patients with negative or inconclusive findings in clinical epilepsy MRI. Using DWI, we will be able to obtain detailed information about white matter. We will apply advanced computational methods (structural connectome technique and graph theory approach) to examine brain pathology on a network level. By utilizing these methods, white matter connectivity changes will localize the cortical areas with epilepsy-related pathology.
