The presented Summary Research Report was prepared as an output of the contract research, which was implemented between the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University and KORDIS JMK, a.s. The subject and objective of the research was to formulate visions of future passenger and freight development in the Czech Republic with special reference to the territory of the South Moravian Region. The summary research report included, among other things, a brief discussion of key trends, their polemics and interpretation. On the basis of these trends, the expert team formulated visions for future development.
