The first (of many) projects, that the Centre for Migration Studies will spearhead, will be REFORM (RolE oF cOuRts in Shaping Access to asyluM). This project – described in the Research Plan below – represents a breakthrough in migration studies by systematically and coherently analysing the role played by domestic and supranational courts in the global migration governance.
