Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a frequent medical condition with a significant socioeconomic impact. The aim of this study is to implement an “at home” rehabilitation program, focused on strengthening of deep paraspinal muscles, monitored by a patient, and to evaluate its impact on clinical status and function of these muscles in patients with CLBP. In the future, this model of rehabilitation may be used as a standard method of conservative therapy in patients with CLBP.
