The Social Contract applied to Cybersecurity has started to receive academic attention lately, and scholars agree that there is a pressing need for it. In theory, there are three main actors – a state, its citizens and the private sector. Citizens function on the receiving end of measures applied by the state and private sector. This project aims to understand the citizens´ needs and desires to complement the author´s dissertation thesis on the state and private actors in this area.
