The project provides a clearly graspable and scalable pilot solution for increasing the resilience of the landscape and economy of rural regions in the Czech Republic based on the transfer of research results on local economic multiplication and a model of collaborative partnership between local government, farmers, and nature conservationists. The project builds on the research on collaborative partnerships in the border region of Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou and aims to integrate the research findings in a pilot area where the whole functional chain will be linked to form a bioregion. The intention of the project is thus to pilot the concept of a bioregion in the Czech Republic, taking into account local specificities.
