The innovative analytical methods based on antibody specificity towards environmental and food contaminants cover the principal topic of the project. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to PCBs and pesticides will be incorporated into immunochemical and biosensor systems operating in the ppt-ranges. The proposal includes the development of effective device based on flow injection immunoanalysis for on-line continuous monitoring in water.
