Master's study program Biotechnology (Biotechnol.)

The aim of the master's degree program in Biotechnology is to prepare graduates sufficiently qualified for the labor market of both biotechnology practice and applied biotechnology research. Overall excellence is based on the character of the professional program that includes 3 excellences: I. In teaching; II. In teaching conditions; III. In teaching leading to the fulfilment of the University's social role. The profiling character of the study is based on bioengineering, gene technologies, an overview of modern biotechnological processes and other related fields. Emphasis is placed on mastering the basic knowledge of the bioprocess regardless of the type of biological material. The universality of our biotechnological study allows later flexibility and easy adaptation to the conditions of any bioprocess in different companies and research programs.
