| Description | One of plasma sources operating at normal pressure is Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge (DCSBD). The discharge can modify many surfaces. The cleaning effect was observed on glass and ITO and the modifications on polymers for example PMMA and PEN. The water contact angle on surfaces was very significantly reduced and the they were reasonable stable for applications. |
