Description The paper contains the results of the first phase of the research, which is the part of a dissertation project - Mentoring as a support continuing professional development of teachers in primary school. There are presented categories about the first phase system of mentoring in the specific school. System of mentoring is realized as internal mentoring teachers in the school and we can there identify some of the typical characteristics of the professional learning community.
