| Description | Proposal for organization and content evaluation of research centers at the level of faculties and institutes at universities or public research institutions like the Academy of Sciences. This proposal takes into account the problems and experiences of approaches used so far in the Czech Republic, the results of the audit evaluation of research and development in the Czech Republic and foreign good practice principles desirable to convert into the domestic environment. Principles are presented with regard to informatics as a distinct discipline with elements of multidisciplinarity, depending on the older disciplines and short connection between basic and applied research and development of this area as applicable specifically to Informatics. |
