| Description | There has been history of merely 150 years of enforced roghts to intellectual property and/or copyright protection. The relationship between price and access, support of creative activities, price policy or access, but especially the relationship between creative activities and commerce reamin essentially unchanged as they evolved between 18th and 19th century. Problems seemingly new and technological in their nature are analogies of those already appearing in the past. Distribution of intellectual property based on IT opens up not only question concerning these analogies, but also questions of protection of protecting freedom in the electronic environment. |
