| Description | The activities of the of the public authorities of monument protection in connection to the building authorities and the regional planning authorities is implemented by the conditional administrative instruments, also by the statement, the opinion or the compulsory opinion. The wording of the compulsory opinion, which has been introduced as a unified as a legal institute by the new administrative procedural law in the year 2004, is rather fragmentary and its interpretation leads to numerous discussions. From the view of the law completation seems to be very important the jurisdiction, specialy the jurisdiction of the Supreme Adminstative Court. |
