Description | New and progressive part of web technologies is visualization of 3D graphics. 3D visualizations are used for different purposes. Very often application of 3D visualization is displaying of spatial (or geographical) data. Some individual proposals and implementations have been made, but none of them are any universal solution. In this paper are described basic typology and examples of these technologies. Parameters of chosen technologies have been compared and discussed too (e.g. support in different web browsers). Sample 3D visualizations have been made based on most suitable technology – X3DOM. Finally, there are concluded results in conclusion. |
