Description | Inclusive culture is according to Booth and Ainscow one of three dimensions of inclusive culture. Large part of this dimension is invisible and maybe therefore stands aside the main research focus. However, this dimension has a significant influence on attitudes, assumptions and values of teachers, and thus significantly influences overall success of inclusive education. According to Kugelmass (2006) this underlying dimension is the most important for development and maintaining of inclusive ethos of a school. This study presents a set of indicators prepared by an international research team as a part of a larger self-assessment tool and outcomes of a piloting of this set including theoretical background. |
