• Description: Neuroendoscopic postmalatic pseudocyst fenestration is potentially attractive treatment posibility. Minimally invasive treatment of navigated endoskopy makes the pseudocyst fenestration to the brain ventricle possible as well as the fenestration of intracystic septations. The surgery may result in the improvement of brain tissue perfusion in the vicinity of postmalatic pseudocyst.
