Description | Temporal resections are the most frequently performed surgeries in patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy. Meiotemporal (hippocampal) sclerosis is the most frequent finding found in the resected specimen. The aim of the paper is to prezent the possible different findings in resected mesiotemporal structures as related to the surgical outcome. |
