| Description | The aim of the lecture was to introduce the most important trends, which are significant in the sphere of testamentary practice in the Czech lands in the Middle Ages and to compare these trends with those from Slovakia. The accent was laid down on the legal historical interpretation of chosen documents, problems of their terminology, and methodology in general. |
