| Description | This work deals with methods of regulation of financial market from the regulatory authorities point of view. One of the most important part of international financial law is state regulation and international regulation for all participants on the market. Very important facts which needed to be presented are different kinds of methods used for regulation in financial law. There are many methods for regulation in global point of view and also in local areas. The methods of financial market in Czech Republic are primarily created by legislator, than supervisory authority (Czech national bank), Ministry of finance or together Czech national bank with Ministry of finance. |
