| Description | This entry deals with the unilateral and public power acts of the administrative bodies issued by the realization of public administration and focuses on the characteristics of administrative decision, so called other administrative acts and measure of general nature. The author adverts to their jointly and different character, legal relevance and legal procedure of their issue. Mentioned is also the possibility of wardship towards these activities called as administrative acts. |
