| Description | The legal regulation of the firm name baseds on principles that reflect the importance of firm name for identification of business persons as well as the character of firm name as business property: principle of exclusivity, stability, veracity, unity and strictness. There are the principles included in various degree in contemporary legal regulation, the new Civil Code changes this situation in many respects. The paper compares both of regulations and deals with their contributions and problems. |
