| Description | The resulting book is a collection of papers from the International Scientific Conference “Czech - Polish Comparative law,” which was organized Faculty of Masaryk University and Civic Association Prawo Polskiego Centre / Centre of the Polish law operating at the Law Faculty of Masaryk University. The conference was held in Brno from 23 to 24 March 2012 and was the first of a planned series of conferences that will be focused primarily on the comparison of basic legal institutions of the two neighboring states – the Czech Republic and Poland. |
