| Description | The paper describes the quality of work of an excellent teacher. It is an instrument for complex self-assessment and assessment of quality of work of teachers at schools which is viewed as a component of a system which supports teachers’ professional development. The paper includes theoretical foundations of the instrument, description of the instrument itself and of a model of how to use it, information related to the process of the instrument verification and appendices – samples of using the instrument. |
