| Description | The text deals with the issue of functional vision development in children with visual impairment or multiple disability. A family of the child and its cooperation with various professionals, especially early interventionists, play an important role in the process. Vision stimulation and vision training must become a part of everyday life of a child with visual impairment. A proper functional vision assessment supports designing a successful vision stimulation programme and training. Various types of special materials are used within both processes. |
