| Description | Surgical procedures on lower extremities can be differentiated according to level (hip, knee, foot), respectively to the type of operation (soft or bone procedures). Most operations are done on hip joints to prevent lateral migration of the femoral head and on calf to correct pes equinus. The aim of operations is to correct the contractures and to promote mobility of patients. |
