Description | This article focuses on the issues of providing speech intervention for pupils with impaired communication ability, who are educated in current types of primary schools of the Czech Republic. The content of this paper summarizes the preliminary results of an investigation, that led to the analysis of pupils with special educational needs in fulfilling of their individual special educational needs. For pupils with impaired communication abilities, that are integrated into mainstream education is necessary to provide the speech therapy. Just the participation of experts knowledgeable in the issue of speech therapy, education and encouraging communication of pupils with impaired communication ability, it is desirable and indispensable. |
