| Description | Mass interruptions staff in order to promote economic and social objectives – commonly called a strike – it is always a very powerful tool, employees can compel employers to respect their demands, or at least to discuss these requirements. The authors of this study tried to analyze strike in a broader context as an instrument of collective labor law and distinguish it from other instruments which have some common features. They tried to also briefly introduce legislation strikes in some countries, especially Europe to compare the approach to the issue. |
