| Description | Recently, the principles of quality and efficiency in foreign language teaching have been intensely discussed, from the viewpoint of both language acquisition and language methodology. In the following paper, some of these principles are focused in more detail and paralleled with the teaching and learning processes of language classes stated by J. A. Comenius in his study “Methodus linguarum novissima”. Special attention is paid to the principles of multilingualism. |
