| Description | The paper deals with the basic instruments of limitation of land property rights in the Czech Republic in the period after 1945. It is focused on the confiscations and the second agrarian reform aimed at the ejection from land property rights. The attention is also paid to beneficial use relationships (forced lease, cooperative beneficial use and other institutes) which served to exclusion of the possibility of land use by their owners. In conclusion, there are outlined the basic means for removal of these land relationship deformations in the Czech Republic after 1949. |
