| Description | The paper defines the liability of individuals involved in the creation of development principles. This paper also reveals the gab in the czech legislation, which does not allow the local government to redress damages from the state for the unlawful underlying oponion, that made the final administrative act of the local government unlawful, thus canceled by the court. |
