| Description | In forensic medical practice, it is possible to meet the obligation of confidentiality of Medical Personnel. In recent years, we can moniotr the presistent efforts of police for circumventtion of the mandatory confidentiality arising from Medical Mersonnel.. Medical personnel have and in many cases a legal obligation to inform the Police so that the bodies active in criminal proceedings can properly carry out their duties in connection with criminal investigations. The report summarizes current problems in relation of providers performing medical autopsy and police officers. |
