Description The 49th Floristic Summer School of the Czech Botanical Society took place in the town of Domažlice in western Bohemia, Czech Republic, from 4th to 10th July 2010. A total of 140 participants attended the summer school, during which 46 excursions were focused on vascular plants, although mosses were also studied at four of them and one separate excursion was focused on lichens. These excursions were organised in the wide surroundings of Domažlice. In total, 1023 taxa of vascular plants were recorded at 683 localities. Moreover, 91 moss, 16 liverwort and 31 lichen species were found (lichens at four separate localities).
