Description | The paper deals with women's physical activity and its effect on heart rate recovery after exercise. We were interested in women who answer in the questionnaire that regularly perform moderate intensity activity amounting to more than an hour a week, they have better results in aerobic fitness test. This test and questionnaire are a part of the project OPVK „An establishment of a research team under a lead of a reintegrated Czech scientist for a purpose of an identification of a movement activity level by chosen age groups of men and women in the Czech Republic“(CZ.1.07/2.3.00/20.0044). Measurements were made in different locations in the Czech Republic. Test subjects were participated in aerobic fitness test, when their heart rate monitored by heart rate monitor S610 (Polar, Finland) and the required rate of 120/min set the metronome SDM-100 (Sencor, Japan). Heart rate values were subtracted immediately after the test, and then at half-minute intervals for two minutes, inclusive. The results were processed by multifactorial ANOVA. Women, who bring in the questionnaire that they perform regular moderate-intensity activity more than 1 hour per week, have recovery phase after aerobic fitness test statistically significantly better in the 60 second and 90 second intervals than women who engaged in moderate intensity activity range up to one hour per week (p < 0,05). |
