Description | The chapter cosnists in defining corporate culture and in distinguishing two views of it. The one which looks at corporate culture in terms of consensus and the other which looks at corporate culture in terms of constancy of concepts. The author explain that the first one fits conditions of modern society whereas the second meets postmodern context. The author argues that distinguishing the both views of corporate culture can help social workers in working with newtworks and in coping with their dilemma of conformity. |
