Description In presented study we used the microfluidic based tool with a modified glassy carbon electrode with CuS nanoparticles for adenine determination by DPV method which was optimized. Obtained limit of detection (3.S/N) was 72 pg/cell volume and R.S.D 13 % (n = 6). This sensitive method was applied on the analysis of oligonucleotides containing repetitions of adenine.
