| Description | It is known that that food chemistry and environmental protection including water chemistry belong to the most desired chemical problems among respondents with completed secondary education. We took this fact into account when adjusting syllabi of laboratory training in biochemistry and laboratory training in physical chemistry. We have prepared several new laboratory exercises focused on food and water analysis. This paper is part of the project FRVŠ č.62/2013, TO B4/a. |
