Description Rights of individuals can be infringed by road traffic local regulation administrative acts. This road traffic local regulation can infringed also fundamental rights and freedoms. In the Czech Republic, road traffic local regulation administrative acts can be reviewed by courts as a measure of general nature. This is the way, which provides higher level of judicial protection for addressee of these administrative acts. This judicial protection is similar to judicial review of individual administrative acts, and can even be applied on general adnimistrative acts. In the Slovak Republic, this higher level of judicial protection can only be applied on road traffic local regulation administrative acts, which are not designated as general or individual administrative act from formal perspective. Road traffic local regulation administrative acts which are designated as general administrative act, can not be reviewed witin the higher level of judicial protection, which provides to addressee the possibility of application for annulment of these acts.
