| Description | The author analyses the issue of political pluralism. He discusses the various legal and philosophical approaches to this concept on the example of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms. Then he demonstrates on the example of the rules of the referendum, elections and on the case law of the Constitutional Court (in the field of parliamentary law or freedom of science) approaches to this issue in the Czech Republic. |
